I don't think the story is very good. But I wasn't going to complain about it. I'm sorry that other people were desperate for canon events but you didn't make it clear that you changed things.
I mean, Naruto being a talented wind user doesn't necessarily have anything to do with his clan. Then you go and complain because people have you a hard time about Sasuke unlocking Kushina's seal. Fine. You didn't explain yourself very well but whatever, now we know.
But then, to top it all off, you have this whole chapter about a crazy seal Kushina made that Danzo couldn't get through. Are you stupid or incompetent?

I'd really like it if Naruto had the wind sword technique. The one the sand siblings sensei used against Hayate. Honestly, it's when he learns vacuum wind techniques that he'll get scary. I'm shocked Neji wasn't cut to ribbons by wind blades when Naruto made that huge whirlwind.
Side note: were the announcers knock-offs of the two girls from Yu Yu Hakusho's dark tournament?

So, I don't know if this is what you were planning. Or maybe I'm reading this wrong and drawing incorrect conclusions. But I love the idea of the two councilor stooges betraying Danzo, or trying to at least.
I could see this ending one of two ways. Either Danzo straight up erases them after they think they've won, or he has to go to Hiruzen for help. I really hope I'm right. I've never read that before and it sounds interesting.
