I enjoyed this very much! Thanks for sharing - Snape's story is so sad, it's nice to see authors delve into his feelings. My only bit of constructive criticism is that you seem to use "in vain" twice in the line about Severus' struggle with Nagini. Otherwise, beautifully written. Thanks!
