Naruto shold be kinda like an Arrancar (Not become one, just in the same field of abilities) so focus on Hollow abilities with Zanjutsu

I think the Reiatsu should be focused on first so that Naruto could help a lot more. Bring him up by 10 - 20% so he can interact easier. So I guess that means focus on Shinigami powers first. Demon powers can come latter and in bursts. That how I look at: demons are beings of power that do things just because they can. Why should their powers be any different?

first and foremost Naruto needs to be able to affect spirits. once hes able to do that than his Taijutsu and Kenjutsu will be at top form again. then he needs to learn either Shunpo or Sonido so he can move hella fast again and run circles around everyone. id suggest he learn is Demon power after that, followed by Hollow Power. Shinigami power doesnt seem all that great except for the Kido and to me a Cero or Bala is much more bad ass than those long ass incantations they need to recite before using a kido. also the Shikai and Bankai are awesome too but hey, even Hallows have something like that now. also this is an apportunity to for Naruto to start using his genjutsus more. im sure they will come in hella handy since its one of the things that seems to be able to affect both humans and spiritual entities. anyways i look forward to reading next chapter so please update soon

Well it all depends on how you want to take the story..so far you have Naruto on the good side interacting with the normal bleach characters but from the moment Naruto hit the bleach dimension you have been hinting about him going to the other side and how they are trying to keep him from choosing the hollows side and all that...could this be a bit of foreshadowing? For powers to focus on at the moment..why not Shock the shinigamis and have him not only know how to use shunpo and some shinigami incantations but also finally get his shikai and come close to messing up captains butts up :D or depending on how strong you make him, have him actually kick a captains butt and back :)

I like it.
Perhaps a bit too much like Strawberry & Fishcake at times, but meh.
You also got some nice theories on the whole conversion, which was very well done. I don't know THAT much about Bleach but it kinda makes sense. Perhaps you overexplained it a bit, I could see it become boring at times, but again; meh.
I do wonder what pairing(s?) you've got in store for us, though. There's some hints of NaruxYoruichi, which would be sweet if you ask me, but yeah... We'll see, eh? ;)
