I felt so smart i knew who the canon son was. haha :) So this is really another lovely poem although do you think Dumbledore thinks like this without his crazy riddles and half-answers? If he does, it would make understanding him easier. Anyway, great job, looking forward to more poetry!

I like it except for this: too many sentences that start with 'for'. Not even 'fore' or 'four', no, but four 'for's!
(There, how's that for a bit of patent snarkyness? (lol)
Really, though, maybe switch some out for a 'Yet' or something to break it up a bit more? (friendly smile)

I really, really like this. Oh, Dumbledore...I'll bet the one thing he really longed for in life was a child of his own.
If he and Gellert had adopted, they would have been great parents, I think. :) So sad...
