I'd like it if Harry, Draco and Hermione defeated Lucius and Ron got killed as he was trying to run away from battle. I would be upset if Hermione was just the damsel in distress unable to do anything. That role is reserved for Ginny.

I really like Draco standing up to his Father. Let the other s get caught and then let Draco and company have to work together. To get out of it. That would be an interesting spin.

It's rather stupid for Hermione to leave Hogwarts grounds, innit? Why would Draco ask to meet her so far away?
Also, she would soon realize that the transparent gold bond wasnt going in the same direction as the Forest.
