I don't really know anything about Hikaru no Go but I really liked this. Especially the candle part

Awwww! That was so saddd. *tearful face* I cried when Sai disappeared in the manga. It was one of the saddest moments ever.
This was a really sweet idea. I totally could picture Hikaru doing something like this in Sai's memory. The ghost may have been annoying sometimes, but you have to admit, he certainly worked his way into Hikaru's heart...
I haven't read Hikaru no Go in years, and now I want to read it again. lol Maybe I'll track it down sometime. ;)

A nice, if very sad, summary of the things that Hikaru must relive on that day. Good job on this, I hope you write down some more of those ideas you said you had on your profile. HikaGo fanfiction is generally of a very high standard and I'm always keen to read more.
