If Emoqulown had been Harry, he'd be a lot more resistant to mind control... and how would he have ended up in the afterlife on the other side of the world anyway? More than that, the timelines really don't line up for him to have gone through the stages of Hollow evolution to be one of the Los Nachos residents, even if you slide HP stuff back decades since the only plot-critical thing that dates it is the Dursley telephone. All of that could STILL be waved away in the name of the Rule of Cool if the crossover actually DID something cool with it, but this is just Emoqulown having an internal monologue while the same events play out. Maybe a longer treatment could fix that, but as it stands it doesn't go anywhere or justify the setting acrobatics needed to enable the crossover.

To be honest this (the story/chapter/fic, whatever you choose to call it) feels very out of place. It feels like it should be part of a bigger fic but its written in the style of a one shot. By this I mean you hint at a bigger background while not explaining anything fully, allowing the reader to draw their own conclusions.
Still it's pretty good.
