I did just read this all the way through, and I must say that I absolutly loved it! I loved the tender and soft spoken romance between them. It wasn't anything too over dramatic or climatic, which I thought was beautiful. Sometimes it is just the small moments that add up, and before you know it, you love someone more than you ever thought. So kudos for creating such a heartwarming and realistic romance between two characters that I adore so.
Also, this story at a few points reminded me of Pride and Prejudice. It was especially when they were pondering the public's reaction to their relationship, not only because they were step siblings but because they 'hated' each other for so long. This seemed so Elizabeth Bennett and Darcy to me. Like when Mr. Bennett didn't believe that Elizabeth that she actually wanted to marry Darcy...I could see Nora going, 'but you hate him, Casey!' Haha, sorry for my rambling but take as a high compliment from an avid P&P fan.

Very interesting way to end this story.
I like that they seem to be in that 'honeymoon' stage yet they have known each other for a few years.

I always thought Nora would catch on to 'Dasey' but the fact that George is a lawyer does make him more reasonable to catch on.

Can't really blame Derek for the way he reacted to Casey's words.
Casey is just too focused on the 'old Derek' that it didn't occur to her that it was possibly something 'nice'.
