Wow this is a very promising story! I loved the setting, loved how you portrayed Hinata's character and the sweet but dark atmosphere you created.
I'd mention a few things: I think in such a setting it's unnecessary and distracting to use the Japanese word 'niisan'.
Why does Neji have brown hair? If he has the original lilac eyes, why change black to brown? Personally I think black is more sexy;)
Lastly I think the last scene was a bit rushed. I was slightly confused when I read it, didn't understand what was Neji doing, because everything was happening so fast. What was the purpose of his visit? It wasn't clear, since he was giving mixed signals. I guess he changed his mind, but it wasn't clear why.. I wish this scene would progress slower and would be more sensual, probably would contain a small conversation.. because this scene is the highlight of the chapter!;)
Anyway I'm really happy I've found this great fic. It was so long ago I've read an inspiring NejiHina fic, and I really like yours! Can't wait to read more;)
