Well...wow...that was an unexpected end to the chapter. I certainly want to read more of this story. As early as now, I'd say that the story works. It is written well and is, at the very least, helluva lot interesting. The twist at the end is the clincher. Hah! Never would have thought of that. Good work! Hoping for an update soon. :D
