Lol. It's ironic that the Troy you met IRL turned down a full ride to follow a girl because that's so close to what Troy did. His dream school was University of Albuquerque - and he goes to Berkeley because of Gabriella. Sharpay was practically offering him a full ride in HSM2 and he turns it down for Gabi because there was no way that was going to still be on the table with what happened.

omg hi! :) First of all, I just wanted to say that I totally salute you because you've come back! despite everything! I mean, I just starting reading Troypay today and I found your story, loved it. and I was genuinely sad when I read your author's note.

Oh my gosh.
That's not a funny story, it's a freaking creepy story. The coincedences are uncanny.
I like the chapter. Are you going to mention what happened to Ryan in the next one? I'm curious.
I think it's funny how you made the counselor have yellow walls. It's a proven fact that yellow walls can make people edgy and anxious. Babies cry more and tempermental people explode more in yellow rooms than in other colored rooms.
I can't get over the thing about that kid. Does he remotely resemble Zac Efron? That would make it even more creepy.
Great work. Can't wait for more.

Wow. A shrink for Troy? I hate the colours in the doctor's office though...do they really use such bright colours? It feels more like a circus to me...
Ok, since you're going into a few medical things, I think you'd like to know this. If an EKG (which a heart monitor does) result is inconclusive, they usually move to echocardiograms (a sonogram of the heart) or Stress EKGs (Treadmill Electrocardiogram). I know, because I had heart problems too.
Oh, and this kid's girlfriend...any chance she's called Gabriella too? Ha. Actually, I know a friend just like yours too. He gave up a better university (or college for you Americans) for a lesser one just to be with his girl as well. Sweet, you say? Not really. They split up after 3 months. He blamed it on hormones...I say it's more likely stupidity. Real life is never like a Walt Disney show. When romance meets reality, the latter always win.
