Ok so far good story but could you please consider putting some spacers in the text when you switch to a different PE respective or do a time skip? It’s only really a minor inconvenience but in can be disorientating at times

- Seal Replacement
Not so sure about this version, as it would prevent transplants within the family as well.
I'd reckon a Dojutsu Protection Seal would be more like this.
A) Has an on/off switch that can be triggered by the bearer or seal master provided there is no foreign chakra within the system.
If there is, than it cannot be turned off.
This would cancel out any worries about any mind control jutsu and forcibly having the seal shut down.
Why give the Seal Master access? In case the bearer is in a permanent vegetative state and a family member needs a transplant.
The bearer wouldn't be able to shut it down themselves, so a trusted third party would be necessary.
B-1) The eyes are automatically destroyed upon death.
B-2) The testes or ovaries are automatically destroyed upon death.
C) It acts as a birth control method, so men shoot blanks and women won't have the eggs settle in the womb (no different from the pill).
This cancels out the rape option.
D-1) There is a kill switch that only the bearer can activate, in case of capture.
D-2) The kill switch automatically activates if someone tries to remove the eyes while the seal is active. Thus causing the eyes to be destroyed and cascading into B-2 as well.
D-3) The Kill switch automatically activates, if someone tries to remove the ovaries or testes while the seal is active. This both destroys the organs that they're trying to remove and cascades into B-1 as well.
D-4) The kill switch automatically activates if someone tries to tamper with the seal.
Thus preventing reverse engineering to counter it.
While this does leave room for a potential defector and them voluntarily shutting down the seal to provide semen/eggs, it does provide the greatest flexibility with regards to transplants.
More an issue for the Sharingan with the EMS, but you can't tell me that a dying Hizashi wouldn't have donated one of his eyes to Hiashi, if the latter had lost one in a battle.
Or that Hinata would not do the same for Hanabi or even Neji.
So some flexibility in that field should be preferable.
Your genetic marker aspect may very well be a superior option as it does gainsay cloning or even gene splicing.
Just not quite sure how seals could work on that level, whereas the things I mentioned are variations on existing seals or general biological processes that seals should be able to effect.

Gonna be sad to see this fic go but it’s been a wild and fun ride.
Since a lot of it lately has been summaries of stuff that happened overtime, just gonna say glad to see how things are being done differently. Though I wish we could see Tsunade giving Mikoto a scolding for fucking her grandchild, lmao.
Also nice explanation on Genbu.

Even though the description isn't exactly the same I cant help but picture Ino being a Hotter Hildagarde (I always believed she needed a little more to her outfit.) from Beelzebub. With a Purple Battle Umbrella that contains hidden weapons. Poisoned senbon, a sword, can be used as a thin shield if chakra is run through the canopy which could be made of similar material as tessen, maybe even cast a few Futon Jutsu.
