I can get on board with most this story the writing is pretty good too. What i have a problem with is him having the dursleys with him that needs more explaining. Why does he need/want them with him after taking their abuse for years? How did they just except that they would move in with him? Why do they want anything to do with the magical world? I think the dursleys are a little too OOC in this case. But if it was explained more i could still get behind it.

This is the first time I've seen hp make a wand in any fanfic in 15 years of fanfic reading! Love that! However I think in the previous chapter, the encounter with dumbledore was a bit too briefly sketched.
