Hm, good chapters. While I'm tired of the "go-to-Wave-upon-leaving"-cliche, it's not too bad as a plot element. The Organization 13-addition kinda threw me, but it's not too bad either. Akatsuki CAN'T be the only secret-organization, after all. Toph was an interesting addition, but at least you didn't try to make her a jinchuuriki, I'm tired of that cliche too.
Overall, nice chapter. Only comment I have is that Naruto's order of what to do w/ the mansion should be reversed; explore the place first, and THEN decide how to defend it.

Damn! i hate Naruto as Evil but your story is better than i thought ... i hope Anko will keep Naruto remind dont kill weak ... some weak will help you in some way not battlefied ... Power will not help everything ... I hope Naruto will learn weak/strong balance ...can change Wars tides...

Hm...puppets...definitely not what I was expecting, and can't say that that's my favorite plot-device. The only TRULY good puppeteer-fic that I've read is Naruto's Compensation, because it has a pretty-much sociopathic Naruto who develops his own methods of puppetry in contrast to Sasori's methods.
Now, I could see someone like Orochimaru who wants to learn every ninja-art learning puppetry. I also think that puppetry is one of the VERY few actually ninja-like fighting-styles in the series. The Shino/Kankuro fight, while not as epic as some others, seemed like a real shinobi-duel to me. Unfortunately, Naruto's chakra-reserves are way too large for him to really be suited to anything other than Ninjutsu. So again, I can't say that I like this development.

Anyways, just had a comment pop-up during this chapter...Kumo's attempt to kidnap Hinata, and Hizashi's subsequent death occured when Hinata was 3, and Neji was 4. Only wanted to bring that up to inform you of the canon plotline in-case you didn't already know. On to the next chapter.

Wonder what if Konan and Anko met, and they talked about their God's :P. Anyway, i like the story so far... And i hope that Naruto if he has a "pairing" that he has max 2 girls... And i hope you update soon :). Also, did he make that Samurai as his human puppet ?

Two chapters at a time? Sweet! I hope Naruto won't let his success get into his head so that he forgets to be wary of allies as well as enemies. Only those he trusts can betray him.
