4 Is Holly an actual squib or is she a late developer because I thought squibs couldn't do any magic at all?

A bit cute to see an embarrassed Harry. Makes me wonder if Severus would teach Harry how to be ambidextrous. So, Silver is a permanently transfigured wizard? Makes me wonder if Mrs Malfoy will find out about Lucius's child?

Good chapter. That's an interesting twist, having Snape taking in Lucius Malfoy's child. When you talked about the pale hair, aristocratic features, and the fact that he was an advisor to the minister I had a feeling that it was him.

I like how you're doing stories based on wizarding and muggle fairy tales. Thanks for keeping the Snowy Encounters series going. It looks like Harry's about 10 1/2 now if I'm adding things up correctly.
One oddness ... I don't understand why Harry argued Severus *down* from an hour to a half-hour of shopping. I'd think he'd argue for more time. At least that's how it sounds. Then once in the alley, he's allowed an hour and a half. That implies he was arguing for an *extra* half-hour, but it didn't come out that way.
In any case, I'm eagerly watching the wind sprites for more!
