that night, when emmett comes to the house, he could say his true feelings for bella. he could say what he thinks about the break-up. it might be a good touch, too, if they started dating-getting closer, not just mentally but also, physically.

ill just give you the plot i wont write it out
emmett gives her a kiss on the cheek and rushes out the window while bella tries not to cry over edward-the-ass.
as emmet rushes back to the house, rage is boiling up inside him thinking, "how can that bast* do that to her! he askes her to marry him and he just goes off an screws my wife! he doesnt care about her at all! *growling deeply*
he arrives at the house and is so angry he breaks the door that edward/roselie are in. then he proceeds to beat the crap out of edward and they duel! ^^ of course Emmett wins because he is GREATLY motivated by bella.
When its dark out and charlie isnt home (late shift?) Emmett returns to see bella still crying her eyes out (which hurts him deeply) he calls to her though the window, "Bella, love..." (i can see Emmett calling her that WAY BETTER than edward!)
she runs to him and buries he head in his chest while he holds and rocks her then gives her a pep talk. somewhere during the talk he says something like, "Edward's such an ass. He doesn't relize how special and beautiful you really are..."
you can take it from there...
