Brilliant. I like how, even though Aubrey was stil known as the Protector to a few, there was no prophecy including her. It made a refreshing change. :)
I really liked the fact that Peter didn't actually get wth Aubrey either. Though I admit that I did read this fic because I thought that would eventually happen, I am glad it did not in this one. Here they just stayed friends which was nice. Though I do hope they get together by the end of the sequel. Speaking of which, I checked out your profile and saw that it is not finished yet and I am currently debating whether or not to start reading it. You see I get really into stories and tena really upset when it's not finished so I only normally read completed stories unless given a really good reason. Like it's a sequel. I think I will read it actually, never mind.
