Oh my gosh, I just laughed so hard that I cried at this! I have absolutely read (and loved) give of all of these storylines, but your parody killed me! That was phenomenal and hit everything on the nose. Thank you for that laugh.

So true (and yet I keep coming back for more!) My favourite parts: the names (especially the last names), orbs, "Huh", 9 times out of 10, canoodle, proposal on the bridge - hilarious! I kept laughing with glee. I had to read it twice in a row. Very well done!

Hahah! My god, this was hilarious! Very intelligently written. I took offense in like the first second, and then just started cracking up. Because seriously, that is what all their fanfics are about, sadly.
I'm not sure what else to say except for that fact that this was just...very unique, totally unlike anything anyone else would've done. And I loved the names - granted, all you did was add 'T' adn sometimes 'F' instead of the actual letters, but I loved them nonetheless.

This is brilliant! I'll have to always come here and read it so I don't fall in the Lit cliches we see out there (I'm pretty sure I've used at least one!) and I'm writing a story about Tuke and Torelai getting married, and I did plan Tess to invite Tory to dance (but come on, every Literati out there probably dreams about it ever since they planned to go to his graduation but didn't).
Just one more thing, though "Now depending on where you're picturing them, either Tess will ask Rory if she wants to go upstairs to his apartment to watch a movie with him" who's this Rory you talk about? And how dare you to make Tess watch movies with her? Tory is the one and only woman Tess is ever allowed to fall in love! You should know that by now! LOL, Sorry, I couldn't resist it... no offense.

Why haven't I reviewed this before? Seriously, this is like the twentieth time I'm reading this-literally-and I ALWAYS, ALWAYS laugh my ass off! Of course, everybody's used 'Huh' at least once in their Lit stories (and I must admit, I will continue to use it, it's just too sexy not to be used!). But, I am happy to say this: I have never called them orbs. Lol, orbs sound so odd to me: blue orbs. Why would somebody do that? I have never said 'heart-melting brown eyes' but I have described them as chocolate. LOL. That is NOT the same thing.
I laughed so hard when I read that '9 times out of 10, the movie will be Almost Famous. 1 time in 10, it'll be Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory' That was hilarious.
With all of your stories, I always find myself nodding along (most of the time subconsciously!)but I love, love, love everything you write.

Definite giggle fit material! :D I'm very grateful for the pitfall list, just as I venture into the realm of the Lit-fic. I'm happy to say that only once in all of my stories, have I used the word "orbs," and it was referring not to eyes, but to oranges...but, I'm afraid I'm incurably infected with the "huh." It's here to stay.
I just had the disconcerting realization that I don't know WHERE I plan for Rory and Jess to first see each other again . . . but not at Truncheon, and before the wedding, so . . . I guess it's all good. But, I'm really gonna hafta put some thought into that part. It's quite an oversight. *baffled laughter*
I still can't get over "Torelai (Tori) or Tuke"! ROFL

Wow, that was hilarious. How come I haven't found this before? Anyway, I just wanted to drop a short line telling you that this was the funniest thing I've read in a long time, and that it's really spot on. Though I guess that a few deliberate misspellings here and there might have added another layer to this masterpiece, since most fics are nowhere near your language standard. You do however seem to have a firm grasp of both spelling and grammar and I love that, so come to think of it, I like it better this way.
I'm off to check out your other fics. If they're anywhere near as good as this one, I'll be a happy camper.
