I've always had a soft spot for parental fics, sibling fluff and friendship fics between Shadow and Sonic; although I don't really mind Sonadow, but I just prefer the ones mentioned.
Manic, he's working with Fiona? Does Scourge make an appearance?

Man-NIC! You get AWAY from Fiona! MANIC! Anyway, I loooove your story. Sonic is so sweet! I just wanna huggles him! But you write quite well. Interesting characters, an appropriate amount of description, an intriguing plot, this has it all, really. Please continue.

Hello! Good to hear from you again, I'd wondered where you'd gone.
I found a few small mistakes, easy to fix.
leafs - leaves
piece - peace
plumb - plump
And with that, the two took of, - the two took off
It's great to see Manic! I really like Manic, he's pretty cool. It's a darn shame that he was only in Sonic Underground. Oh, and that bit with Vector, Vanilla, Cream and Cheese was intriguing. I think Chaos are so cute, I want a Chao!
Hopefully your writer's block disappears. I have it on my Sonic stories and it's no fun at all. Good luck and I'll be waiting for the next chapter!
