This is awesome. It totally fits Coraline. She is kind of obsessive about Mick, and she's probably not even wrong thinking he would want to be human again. She's just wrong that he would see vampirism as a gift afterwards. She hoped he would go back to her once she gave him the cure, but he didn't. I almost pity her.

I think she had a long time to plan this and I agree, it is obsessive but then vampires are nothing if not obsessive. What did surprise me in the show was how mild she was as a human. Manipulative and revengeful, yes, but curiously you'd think she would have tried to kill Beth rather than take her on in a love duel for Mick. Maybe she was liking being human.
I enjoyed this first chapter (there will be more, won't there?)
