This. Is. Riviting!
The moral issues, the way both bot-Bat and bot-Super are making 'stretching emotional wings' is just very well done. I want to where else they -can- go. If the two way ability to sync can work both ways... an unusual way to have Good vs Darkness in true Batman/Superman fashion.
There are so many questions to work out. Like a good story should - it makes the mind wonder where it will go.

Beautiful story. The robots' emotions are described very well, really making them into humanoid beings, and pulling readers into the story. I hope you'll consider continuing this one day, as you really left us with a cliffhanger... But thank you for posting these first chapters, they made for an amazing read!
