You should put this in the Kikyou/Inuyasha section or you´ll get flames from the die-hard Kagome/Inuyasha fans. Honestly, it wouldn´t make any sense if you will pair Inubaka with Kagome at all. He is clearly in love with Kikyou in your story so he should stay with her even if she is dead. There are other males who love Kagome for herself, like Kouga.
A reason why you don´t have many reviews could be your main character which is your own creation. Not many readers like to read about an orignal character so much. They are O.K. as minor characters but not more.

Don't cut it in half. It was really good and I personally hate reading short stories because most times there isn't any substance to them. I love the story and think its an interesting idea, and original too. please update soon.
