It is never a good thing when there's only one person who can get a job done. Not only does it cause an over reliance on that one person, but also it causes that person to be overworked and anxiety ridden about getting so much done. Belle is very right to be concerned about that.
If I were her, I'd also be very concerned about being a burden on others all the time having to escort me here, there and everywhere.
