I am surprised that Ranma has not bothered to learn the techniques and counters to anything that others dish out. Especially if the techniques used by Motoko is supposed to be good against supernatural creatures.
While it might be helping in speed training, for any hit that he can't dodge and might damage the property he should use simple deflection and throws and beef them up to like how Happosai does his flip trick with his pipe to redirect an opponent's force against them. In his case, he could direct them either away from the property or against something that is sufficiently resistant. If it happens that they can't take what they dish out, then maybe he can just direct them at an angle along surfaces like giving them skid marks along the ground or other surfaces that can resist the damage.
At this point it looks like when the other Ranma gets back, he would learn to be a misogynist from the experience and turn the inn into rental storage area.

You might want to look into getting a beta reader to look over your stories before posting. Would help eliminate any spelling and/or grammatical errors before hand :)
Check the Beta Readers section in the menu and look for one that beta's this genre of story.

And a good one too. Still, not long enough for my tastes, but it's better than nothing.
You writing has improved, though you still have some errors. The style is different in this chapter but that goes with the intent of what you're trying to do with the past two chapters as well.
