No shit, Sherlock. Of course she wasn't there. Sniffles.
I would read a Peter/Arthur - the song does suit them as well :)
Good work :D

The ending maketh me sad. Was she all in his imagination? Or did she just... leave?
You know, at first I thought this was SO OOC for Sylar, but then I thought about it a little more and realized that, actually, it's extremely in-character for him. He's always seeking approval from, well, pretty much everyone. And he keeps getting shot down again and again, and THAT was what messed him up enough that he wasn't able to deal with the Hunger when it manifested.
Regardless, pretty cool. Looking forward to Peter/Arthur. After all, Nathan was the favorite son, who was JUST LIKE his father in all the ways that mattered (to Arthur). Peter was the male nurse, the soft-hearted kid who wouldn't hurt a fly if it bit him, and I imagine that would have pissed Arthur off to no end. But I would recommend that you make it from Peter's childhood, not after the show started. Maybe you could do it in snapshots from Peter's early childhood, and then a few from his middle and high school years.
