The plot for the story is interesting - and you manage to keep the Black Hawks in character despite it being an Alternate Universe which is something that most people struggle with. I would have to say that the only bad thing about your story is that your OC is such a complete MARY-SUE it ruins the rest of your fanfic for me.

I know your building up the romance and givings hints bit by bit, I want to say that your doing it very good!
I know I already said it before but still.
I love Hyuuga, really he is DA MAN XP. He makes the situation so lighthearted. The moment that Ayanami and Rachel had was nice. They seem to understand each other without saying words =). I guess from now on that we are going to see even more interaction between them, as they both are gonna explore what they mean to each other.
Good to see that she voiced her opinion out loud to the Rear Admiral's and the Chairman ( they desserved that, those scumbags)
I love the way you portray the friendship that the Black Hawks share and the infinite loyality they hold for Ayanami =)
Oh god, the last part of the chapter was a bittersweet one.
I can't believe that I read all the chapters, now I have to wait for the next one! Please, please update soon!. I want to know what happened to Teito, the threat Rachel got and how the rest of the story is going to unfold! I love this story and its definatly the best one I read here *w* Your an awesome and gifted writer!

A lil bit of AyanamixRachel! *does victory dance* I fell in love with your OC,she is made of total win! hands down!
Why can't he just stay with her? If he does he can try to figure out what she means to him! Go Aya-tan! Rachel won't bite ( we hope lol)
for a moment I though that Katsuragi would kiss her... good thing he didn't _
OMG! was Katsuragi irritated by the fact that Haruse was there lol
Loved the fight between Rachel and the guards, great description.
The little bonding in the prison was sweet.
What I mostly like about Rachel is her straightforwardness she can be so blunt =)
Go Ayanami search for your loyal subordinate she is in prison!

I am curious as to why Rachel was spacing out, was she having a flashback, better said what is Rachel's connection with Raguel? w me, loves mysteries 3
Her meeting with Teito was funny! She is really a fun girl!
I was kinda spooked out when Rachel suddenly had that attack at the very same time that Teito was having that outburst. Are they connected in some way?
The first hint of a romance! Well almost! lets forget that she rather wanted to bother Katsuragi then Ayanami!

Verloren gave her a small smile. For a moment he didn't see himself as the God of Death. "Let's make some memories then, memories that will make you like flowers". She just grinned at his answer.

I can see how Rachel is as a character now, which is very nice!
We can see that she is just a down to earth girl with her own funny characteristics (sp?)
The fact that she gets lost all the time is so cute! I really like her!
The scene between her and Katsuragi was soooo cute! I can almost imagine it XD
from the scene in the hall ways I can see that she and Hyuuga are probably good friends =)
and she holds alot of respect for Ayanami
I do wonder how Raguel is planning to take her revenge on the Chief. It is the chief who she wants to take revenge on right?
