Sorry, if I seem cryptic, but being a 16 year old girl who has no plans of either marrying or having to breast feed babies in the near future, i still feel a tad awkward. Thank god I don't live in Sengoku Jidai! (Perhaps I'll feel differently when I'm ready to have a baby! :-p)

You had me. Right up until the ending, you totally had me. I dunno, I guess it just wasn't strong enough. It just didn't FEEL like an ending to me. But maybe it was JUST me... Good job otherwise; I liked it.

Excellent job! Wonderful job creating the 'atmosphere' and environment that Kagome finds herself in. Loved the comparison between traditional motherhood and the modern concept. I find it inspirational that Sango sees it as more embarassing to feed her child via bottle than presenting her breast in public. Also enjoyed Inuyasha's role in the whole scenario! Beautifully developed and an enthralling read.

Very cute story and shows how much culture changes. It's amazing that a girl from the future who would be bombarded with images of nudity would feel embarrassed at the natural function of breast feeding and the advantages of offering to help out. Mind you I remember teeth. Sue
