I can't help but feel that this story is unworkable from the outset. You ignored that Muggles can't do magic just so you can have your hand- holding kumbaya nonsense about sociel inequality, and ignoring the fact that putting them in hogwarts is the height of stupidity. Harry almost died multiple times in his first year. Muggle kids woud be dead in a week.
