I know its been years since this scratch chapter was uploaded, and I am only about slightly less than half way through it but I think I can understand the issue you had with continuing this story: it really seems more like you're trying to combine two different stories, or story ideas (and no I am not referring to the nature of it being a shadowrun/HP crossover).
You have one story(idea) about a Harry Potter that gets turned into a dragon and has to figure out what exactly being a dragon means (to him at least) and how such existence fits into attending Hogwarts, its a very lighthearted story and I can really see the "Calvin and Hobbes" type of whimsy you mentioned as an inspiration for starting this.
You have a second story(idea) of a Harry Potter who is being trained and groomed to become a Wizarding World shadowrunner (which works with or without having a Harry who has been turned into a Great Wyrm), its a grittier and darker story.
The current mixture of those two concepts just leaves a feeling of "when's the other shoe gonna drop" or "how long until Harry loses his innocence" at which point the whimsy and childlike nature (calvin and hobbes) would really need to go away.

A "wizarding world faces and responds to the Great Awakening/advent of the Sixth World" story is what I was initially searching for when I found this story, I was curious if anyone had written a story where the Great Awakening happened early, or Harry Potter was set later starting in 2011. I was curious how someone would handle the Wizarding world, especially the backward british/pureblood society, reacting to Elves and Dwarves being born (with and without magic, to both magical and non-magical families) and then to 'goblinization' turning the formerly 'human' kids to Orcs and Shadowrun-Trolls at puberty when that first started happening. Then the Great Wyrms, Immortal Elves, shattering of the Statute of Secrecy (whether or not that includes the possibility of 'muggle' goverments/militaries, probably including disillusioned muggleborns who were unable to get jobs in pureblood controlled wizarding UK, as ordered by the Queen, leading an assault on the Ministry For Magic/Hogwarts/etc to forcefully take them over to prepare for/face the New World) and everything else that happens/happened at the start of the Sixth World (isn't there some great magical forest/Elf nation in Ireland that just appeared over night or something?). Plus add in Voldemort into all that mess (and heck maybe even an escaped Grindelwald) and you have more than enough subject material for a good story, and thats without even really touching MegaCorps yet at all. (Though I would kinda like 'Nicholas Flamel' and his wife to have been actually a pair of Immortal Elves that got tired of constantly changing identities, or that failed an attempt to do so, and thus made up the story about the Philosopher's Stone as an excuse for their age or something.)
Anyway to wrap things up: while I can see why you may have been unable to continue This story, as is, with it seemingly having two very different core concepts that wouldn't mesh, I would gladly read a new story (or stories) focused on either of those core concepts (those being a whimsical childlike Dragon-Harry story, or a grittier dark Shadowrunner-Harry story [with or without having said Harry also being a Great Wyrm]). Equally, if you wrote (or if you find/know of) a 'Harry Potter and the Great Awakening/Sixth World' type story then I would be interested in that story as well.
Basically this is just an attempt to say "Hey I'm interested in a Shadowrun meets Harry Potter story, so if you ever think about making another try at writing one I would read it." With just a touch of "I like your whimsical "Calvin and Hobbes" inspired Harry-turned-Dragon's personality and would enjoy a light-hearted story about him without the grittier Shadowrun inspired undertones and background setting if you would rather write that story". In other words, if you're not too busy with other stories, or other aspects of your life (and if this account isn't actually a dead one, as I just realized I haven't checked that) then could you please come back and look at what you started here and consider if there might not be a story or two's, or more, worth of ideas that are worthy saving and using for a new project?

As I dislike any story that sabe or in some way make snape as something good because he is a Billy, a child abusive and a DE rapist and killer no matter how in love you are with the mediocre actor who portrait him. But in your case I agree that the way you maintained his acidict point of view and how bad he treate some of the student except the one that move around Harry and that he support Harry on a peculiar way that make one see that he can have some human interaction with the world without going on a kill rampage unless someone mess with Harry’s personal friends. The story is good so try to keep it up thks.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOUR STORY AND I JUST READ CHAPTER ONE !
The information about Harry's internal physiology is impressive, especially when it comes to lead - is his stomach an alloy of titanium and orichalcum? Or something more complex, like gold, silver, titanium and orichalcum ligaments? And what would be the maximum density of his skeleton? Tougher than diamond drills or less? There are so many things, it really makes me think about pursuing a career in metallurgical physics, this is very interesting.
And the trains! I have a really deep crush on big machinery, and the Hogwarts Express model really fascinated me. I think about getting involved with this in the future, but I haven't decided yet - I live in Brazil, and things here are kind of weird, especially in public colleges.
Anyway, about Harry; i really want to hug him while i want to run for the hills - it's too much energy! But his hunger for knowledge is wonderful, even if he is a "stupid lizard", as Severus says. Minerva makes me want to know Scotland and learn the language. Is very difficult? I only speak Portuguese and my English is really bad (* pretending that I'm not going over the text in Google Translate ** laughs *), but I can work hard, it shouldn't be so hard, right?
I think that's it. The story is magnificent, and I want to congratulate Phil for Omake - I was sick of laughing so much (although I did it in the whole story, especially with Dursley's mortgage problems). And I'm not feeling sorry for Dumbledore. Well done, by the way.

I can say without question this has been one of my favorite reads in a long time; certainly my favorite 'Harry is a dragon' story.
You've done a masterful job making Harry intelligent but still childlike, powerful but bashful, and absolutely silly. it's amazing to read and I look forward to more!

If it was me I would make it clear all slavers and slave owners are to be executed on-site. And all of their property is to be confiscated and give to the victims and their families. So as you can see I hate Slavery and believe that those scumbags should be put to death and they and their families lose everything. And the law should be written as such.
