Wow. This is quite the slow change. And it sounds so totally adorable that Ichigo and Uryuu are slowly starting to become attracted to each other as the change happens. I can't wait to see how they react when they find out the truth. It's going to be funny!

I am glad you are back with a new chapter! Hopefully with three doctors and scientists trying to help Uryuu there will be some progress. Their reactions so far were definitely very much in character :). Being so slim and having low blood pressure at the best of times it is not surprising that Uryu`s body reacts so badly. There is certainly a strong bond between him and Ichigo. That is becomes stronger under these circumstances is very understandable and touching.
