Way too confusing and rushed. Not enough background for the opening scene to make any sense as even if Ichi died young he would likely not be around Renji unless you really muck with the back story. It does not mesh with your teaser at all.

it was too hard to follow.
An I really think you should read over the chapter before uploading it because for example at the end when the girl ( forgot her name ) said "looks like orihime isn't crazy" it took me awhile befor I realised she was talking about orihime seeing ichigo. The reason it confused me was because u didn't say that this girl knew about what orihime saw.
Basically it was too rushed and I think you should revise it and re upload.
I'm not trying to sound mean by the way. I'm just trying to help (:
