well besides the fact that for this chapter to happen Xion would have to have gone back in time as chain of memories finished about 3/4 of the way through 358/2 days and the Roxas reference was pointless as he already left at this point and is living his fake life in twilight town so by the end of year kingdom hearts 2 will be concluding and if you start following the game time line Recoded will have begun.
