You are misremembering the original story in at least two ways;
It doesn't mention who owns what bed, just that there are three beds one big (which was too hard), one medium (too soft), and one small (it was the small one that fit Goldilocks just right, not the medium one as you said).

I’m glad Hermione saved Pickes! :’( Those boys sounded HORRIBLE! :O The story was short, but fit perfectly into the ending of the chapter. They got food, and Pickes is safe! Yay! :)

“There’s a specific word for a word that sounds like what the sound it sounds like sounds like?” I really had to pause and go over all that, haha! :O
Aww, that third goat wasn’t cool! The troll didn’t do ANYTHING to him besides ask a simple question! :O If I were a river/mountain troll and some huge billy goat were stomping on my bridge-roof, I’d ask who was crossing it, too! :O

“That’s just odd. The poor kid probably spent half the time figuring out what a half quarter of an hour even meant.” That made me laugh! XD And it so makes sense that the sisters might have been Squibs! :O
I wasn’t expecting Ron to peek into Hermione’s bag, but it makes total sense... and, at the same time, no sense at all, because you’d think the guy would have learned from the story he JUST listened to... :O
(By the way, at the end, about Ginny’s brothers watching over her at Hogwarts... at the moment, she’s in her sixth year, so Ginny has zero brothers at Hogwarts... Maybe Harry forgot because he was so disturbed by the story? :O)

I like how Ron and Harry praised the gingerbread man's self-preservation instincts and its self-esteem :D I also liked Ron’s rhyming suggestion (“sow”), and how he pointed out that the gingerbread man “took a mathematical inventory” of itself while it was being eaten XD

A story with a happy ending! Those are pretty rare! And I didn’t know that shoes were normally one-size-fits-all back then, or that they didn’t even really have left and right shoes! Are those pieces of shoe trivia true? :O

That was a REALLY long one! Again, this was a story I had never read before; thank you for sharing! :) Although the robber girl’s cruelty to the animals was horrible - the most horrible thing for me out of all the... not very good... things that have happened in these stories so far :( I agree with Ron about the sled... if you have a whole world of sleds, do you REALLY need ONE more? XD Your fanfic is a real treat to go through... thank you for writing it! :) I’m going to the next chapter now...

I really disagree witn Hermione’s comparing the Pied Piper to Voldemort. In the story, the Pied Piper is CLEARLY the victim... the mayor and the town should have paid him! :O I really like this story, so thank you for including it here! :)

I had never heard of this fairy tale before today! Harry has a good point about the first king... they should have sent an emissary to tell him that his kids were alive :O And Ron can really relate to the youngest son... poor prince, having to get hand-me-down crowns! XD :O
