The premise of your story was kinda cool, so I stuck with it til now, but I can't help but notice that there's something awkward about your writing style. Is English your first language? The sentences are kind of choppy, sometimes repetitive, and the phrasing at times can be dodgy. Part of it might be that you don't really use contractions. I'm not sure, but chapter 7 is my breaking point...

Aw! I loved it. I don't think it matters where they wake up as long as nothing happened, if you know what I mean. Then I think it would be going like Bones wanted it to. Loved this chapter! Great job!

It really does annoy me that if an American says to me the words gasoline, diaper, elevator, candy, trunk, hood etc I know exactly what they mean yet if I say petrol, nappy, lift, sweets (lollies for you), boot and bonnet they have no clue what I mean. It’s rather ignorant and even if they don’t know, a couple of seconds on Google should tell them. Did you get people asking about the word boot? I bet you did, Americans, they really should step outside their own borders more often, for reasons other than to invade another country. Sorry for the rant, great chapter.

That was a lovely chapter. Loved how Brennan admitted first in a way how she feels. Nicely done. Liked when the guy interrupted them with the gas. Great job.
