I can safely say I didn't think there could be a good crossover with these two series but you've changed my mind. It's well written the only problem is now I want to read more and isn't any more yet (hopefully there will be an update soon) and for your questions

A harem? Ah well, at least it's a small one. I'd say keep him as Naruto, as Kyuubi wouldn't make sense, seeing as Naruto only has four tails.
