It's nice to see Iruka's side of this, I think I would be frustrated too. I noticed there seemed to be a lot of Iruka death fics, but since Kakairu is pretty much all I read I had nothing to compare it to, so I couldn't be sure.

As for your question, I don't read anything that isn't KakaIru or IruKaka and I never read death fics in general, but that is still just depressing! =/

*The next day everyone was surprised to see Kakashi wearing a hat*

I´m such a sadness whore... -.-; Honestly, it mustn´t get worse!
But for being what I am (obviously) I liked this quite a lot. I like the sad Iruka wearing his smile for a mask and I love a watching Kakashi - struggling with himself over not acting on whatever, because he thinks he shouldn´t.
So yes, I liked this a lot! When "waiting" comes with a good share of more "suffering", you will have at least one perfectly happy reader, that is smiling like a silly idiot... o.O;;
