I love this story. Have read it several times and each time it makes me cry. Kate should never have died, but she did and NCIS just was never the same again. Ziva was fine seasons 3&4 then she changed and NCIS changed too! :-

While these things were never said we always got the feeling that it was the way Tony felt. I am glad that you put it into words. Thanks. The feel of the story is gritty, like the rooftop. I like that.
