I absolutely adore this. I love how she made him feel more human, that was an awesome thing to tie in. And I'd have to say you definitely kept them pretty well in character.

Best Espada-related fanfiction I've ever read.
-Sexy and fluffy
-Next generation
-Not at all OOC (next to impossible to do, you pulled it off, my dear)
-BLEACH PREGNANCY (which is like +100000000 in my book)
-Making Grimmjow a sweetheart while still somehow managing to overpower God and make him in character.

I wish it was more lemony...(yes I'll admit that I'm a major pervert, but I'm pretty sure you know that! Lol!)
But the ending was just too sweet! I wish there was fan art of it, because now I can't get the image of Grimmy suggling against a pregnant Nel out of my mind.
