I love the way you incorporated the myth to fit Lex and Scar. It suits them so well. This was a beautiful read and I;m not gonna lie but I was tearing up because as a hopeless romantic, I wanted Scar to live and for Lex and him to become life mates and have beautiful little hybrids. But your epilogue of their journey is realistic and touching. Wonderful work

So, I don't know if I ever told you, but I love this piece. For one thing, I owe it to this piece (and "I Kissed a Predator and I Liked It") that I fell in love with the Scar/Lex pairing. Like, seriously. AND you introduced me to SolainRhyo and her work. Eeepies! Anywho, for another thing, I love Greek myth and faerie tales and you do both and incorporate both into your work SO WELL! I love you so much. Seriously. For realsies. And I love how Lex is depressed about Scar dying, and how she's sad and misses him, but she's not Emo Queen or an angsty panda or anything. It's just sorrow and missing someone she cares for. Someone she may even love, or could have loved. Your descriptions are, as always, phenomenol. Phenomenal? I dunno. The pairing is hard to do but, like I said, you got me into the Lex/Scar concept, so it works for me, obviously! D Even though this piece is short, it captures the emotion flawlessly. I love it. I love IT, and I love YOU, and now I'm gonna end up gushing like a whacko because I'm doped up again and it's 4:37AM (yay!) so I'm gonna end here with pathetic pleading to write more AvP fics once you take a break from Hellboy and Warcraft. Cuddles!

OMG! its a jewel! I love how you saw AVP in mythology, I love the fact between the ScarxLex and Orion Artemisa conected with the hunter'moon. It is awonderful story. Also I have to said :D with that eyes Scar won a lot of fangirls xDD he is so...I don't have words to describe him really. He is beyond our men xDD.

So, I checked this out 'cause I love AVP and you recommended it. I will say, not he version of Artemis and Orion I'm used to, but Tia Dalma is right. So, yeah.
Anyway, this piece is beautiful. It's not as good as Red Under the Moon, but as you've written more than one thing, all your stuff is not going to be equally awesome, so don't worry about that. It's still lovely, and very nostalgic/sad. The myth is blended almost seamlessly into the AVP universe. Lex as a moon goddess (I dunno if you meant her to be symbolic of Artemis, but that's how it turned out) is a unique idea, partly because she's so dark (that may make me racist, but whatever). I really liked it. And though there's no sexual overtones between Scar & Lex, the story of Artemis and Orion still fits.
I think your paragraphs could be broken up a bit smaller, but that is purely my aesthetics (sp?) talking, not an actual flaw in your piece. I have a hard time focusing cause I need new glasses, so longer paragraphs are hard. But that's really the only thing I can find to complain about (sorry, Con-Crit fairy). It's good. And you're right - Scar dying? Argh!

I love it, it´s heartbreaking and so romantic i don´t know where to go. I saw AVP for 2 years ago and i rent it now for a week and watched it maybe 7-10/day and love it. I wish you could write a long scar+lex story, it would be awesome, you write so good.

Standing ovations! Brava, brava! realy like how you intertwine and compare the two lovestories while you at the same time let us know the innermost thoughts of Lex. But in some places it gets a bit fluffy dont you think? But on the other hand, how have ever died of a bit of fluff?

Very very beautiful story. I almost started crying at the end! And I love the Orion and Artemis legend insertion here. Really unique, and the two stories are scarily parrallel.
