Stumbled upon you about a month ago, and have been steadily reading all of your works. Love the world you've created with this AU and the depth of your writing with Harry. Finished all of your other fics, and decided to start this one knowing it is unfinished.
Bittersweet to come to the end of this, since this has been an amazing rewrite but you stopped posting nearly a year ago. I really hope you are doing alright, and have the energy and motivation to keep writing. Will keep an eye on the notifications just in case you come to continue this wonderful series, and will be taking a look at your original book series in the meantime :)

Dark characters are only interesting when they are calm, controlled and calculating, not deranged and unstable as in Voldemorts case or angsty and deluded as in Harrys case.

Too many loopholes:
Since Voldemort is still alive and well, why has he not won the war he was already winning? If the ministry was mostly under death eater control and the minister was Malfoys puppet back when Voldemort was dead originally, why now when Voldemort is still alive is his influence much less? How does the ministry controlled by old and mostly pureblood houses suddenly stop being controlled by them?
The trial of Harry is something that both Dumbledores light faction and Voldemorts dark faction, the two largest and most powerful factions, actually agree on. And yet somehow, even together, they hold no influence in the minustry. Fudge has seemingly become an all powerful being out of nowhere, and a live and well Voldemort has become less competent and influential than a dead and ghostly one.
