I got on youtube to look up the song and listen to it while finishing this. I'm currently crying. Poor Ikuto! And poor Natsu. THank you so much for making an ending where she lives. If you had only made this one then I would have probably died. Oh my goodness. I'm still crying. You just can't read this story without crying at least once. You're an amazing author. Only amazing authors can make people cry. AMUTO FOREVER! :)

Thank you soooooooooooo stinkin' much! I'm crying right now I'm so happy! Amu lived! Now I don't have to pretend that she didn't die because she didn't! No matter what when I have a child or hopefully children I will never abandon them. Never. Never ever ever. AMUTO FOREVER! :)

Ok, now whatever happens after this, she lives. I don't care what the story says. She lives. She will not die, because that is not how this story will end. I will always know she is alive. She is going to marry Ikuto and have 5 children. AMUTO FOREVER! :)

HOLY CRAP the last chapter made me cry! Not because Amu died, but because of all the emotions. I've never been though cancer or helped another through it but this was touching and beautiful in ways i can't describe. I think any story about such pokey subjects have the ability to probe the hearts of its audience.
I did notice lots of grammatical and spelling errors but the plot and flow was wondful. Dialouge could use some work and i'm personally against song fics. Though you squeezeed the songs in rather nicely.
Overall, well done :)

That was so sad! I almost cried! I'm suddenly really glad this was an alternate ending, and not the real thing! I'm going to go back and reread the other ending no, and cheer myself up.

I'm so happy! I almost cried in there, thinking that Amu wasn't going to make it, but I was overjoyed that you let her get out of the week long coma! I'm glad it was Ikuto she saw first, that he had been holding her hand when she woke up. And then to top it all off, she, and Natsu whose going to be her adopted son, is free of the hospital. I liked how she was able to go to Tadase and Lulu's wedding. And then mentioning that Kukai proposed to Utau. What a jam-packed year!

I'm glad that Amu got to listen to her good-bye song being sung by Utau and Rima just before her surgery. I'm also glad she was able to get married to Ikuto before going into the surgery. I hope Natsu will be ok, and this other girl too. Hopefully those two can be friends, seems like they both need a friend about their age. I wonder where and how Ikuto is. I suppose it's better to just leave that part to the imagination. I'm pretty sure that the female friends are crying (Utau and Rima after they sang) and the males upset but trying to stay strong for their girlfriends. But whatever everyone's doing, I hope Amu survives.

It's kind of a good thing that she said that this was her last concert. that way, she won't have fans waiting for her next concert only to be crushed if they find out she had died. It's also good that Ikuto had that gut feeling, that way he won't be shocked and stuff about her admitting her possible fate to the world; instead he can just comfort.
hm, Rima wasn't given any credit for the songs. but I guess that's okay since the whole point of even mentioning that was so she could ask them to continue and support Utau. Wait, is Rima going to stop singing with Amu, or will she continue with Utau? I suppose I'm looking into this story to deeply. the point was that Amu's not singing concerts anymore. *nods to herself in convermation and presses the "post review" button*

Ikuto is proposing! And it's about time! I'm glad that he is, this'll make Amu's time left even better! She gets to get married before she dies, which I hope she doesn't, by the way, I'm just saying that she can take that off her bucket list. I wonder if Utau knew he was going to propose. She probably did, which would be why she didn't wait to call and tell him the arrangements were made.

I laughed out loud when I read what Ikuto thought of Yaya! And Ikuto has a game plan; I wonder how that'll work out. First he's going to have to get past Amu's ager at him for being gone so long.

I've heard it like a million times but I don't know the name (probably behind these golden eyes, like you said) or the artist. I can totally believe that she "wrote" this while thinking about Ikuto. I wonder if he heard the song... Na, that's highly unlikely that he'd go to that club and hear her sing. He's probably booking a hotel or maybe even crashing at Utau's place, it Is a mansion after all.
