Well it's interesting, though not exactly to my tastes. You seem to have a small problem with the placing of quotation marks. There were several places that people stopped talking and then started again with no noticeable breaks. I would suggest rereading it to edit it. I also have absolutely no clue how this could serve anyone let alone Dumbledore.
