this was a little hard to follow b/c you jumped between rogues POV then Remys ...and it was hard to follow. I think if you are going to focus on one character per chapter that would be good, or you can focus on a few, and write in 3rd person, that way it would be easier to follow.

Well, in the comics, X-23's name is Laura Kinney. I just went with Alexis in mine, since I didn't know that at the time (I don't really follow the comics, I caught it from other stories).
You have a good plot going so far and the Cajun sounds like he's gonna be trouble (since when isn't he...lol?).

great story, i love the idea of picking up after the series ended because they never explained how gambit joined up with the x-men. Our favorite mutants are very in-character and i love the tension building with all the new additions to xavier's institute. As usual remy is one classy kid. Can't wait for the next update.

rogue counting down the seconds before she could give remy a piece of her mind is a classic. =D
i love how you've captured the characters and kept them consistent through the chapter. the flow of the chappie is great, not to mention the sequence of events.. hilarious! XD oooh and lots of promising romy action!
in a nut, you're first chappie of your first fic is already lovable. keep updating! =D
