Ok, so something like a gas leak or whatever occurs in Percy's room so he and Grover have to bunk with others. Grover is in someone else's dorm and Percy moves into Annabeth's and Brad's dorm. Then, there's a school party thing and at the end of the night they lost their key and get locked out. (Brad went to the dorm early and fell asleep, or he's with them) And later on, Percy takes her to the top of their dorms because he trusts her and it's his one get away spot. :) Yeah, I like that idea.
