Oh! You get to the part all Guy fan's dream of...and then leave it! Please update soon! I must know how this story ends, it can't remain untold for nine months!

Yay! You’re back! I love this line: “…shedding a splatter of colored light across the floor before her.” Guy kisses Marian - I can’t wait to hear her reaction… It probably won’t be good. I will wait expectantly for the next chapter! ;)

Great chapter! I love how you keep mentioning “eyes” throughout the story. Also the part about the Sheriff playing “I spy” was a nice touch - so very like him. Poor Allan… He always gets the raw end of the deal.

Hmm, was Robin going to kill the Sheriff? but what about Prince John's promise to raze Nottingham if the Sheriff dies? That kind of threw me. I really like the gang interaction, though, and the Sheriff's taunts and Allan's conflicted loyalties.

I loved the line where Vaisey wiped away a tear when he was recollecting when Robin first became an outlaw. Allan and Djaq’s part was very well written, I must say. Also I could definitely see Vaisey saying that the ‘Pact’ was a “Rather ordinary-looking document of treason…” Everything is getting more and more exciting and I can’t wait to see what is going to happen on both sides of the plot.

Love the new twist! Great dialog too, especially the Sheriff's last line. Hope to see more soon!

Love the dream! Very interesting and eerie, with Marian's inner conflicts and fears about Robin and Guy (and Robin taunting Guy at the end is a good touch).

Oh I love Robin being protective of Marian!
I like that line where Robin says Much knows Marian as well as he does, and maybe even better. At first I was a little affronted by that (as a Marian/Robin fan) but I think you are right. Because sometimes lovers don't see each other very clearly, and that occassionally is the case with Marian and Robin, no matter how long they've known each other.

Oh Guys eyes and thighs! Such a wonderful memory. I think this is one of your best chapters. Very detailed, I really liked Marian's responses to everything and I LOVED this side of Guy. We don't get to see him be very open and honest very often and I found it surprisingly likable. I found myself actually wanting Guy and Marian to hook up, which, coming from me is extremely shocking as you well know! You played the scene very well.

Well I've read this before but apparently I have not reviewed it which I am now correcting. It feels so good to return to the world of Robin Hood a little bit. I'm so glad we decided to have them be "father and daughter" that was so brilliant of us!

Could this dream by chance be foreshadowing something to come? I guess I’ll have to wait and see. Great job with the dream! Somehow I can easily picture that little bird as Robin, even before you mentioned his presence at the end. Oh, and I can’t wait to see the Archbishop’s reaction when Guy tells him that Marian is his daughter. I know there is supposed to be quite an age difference, so I suppose that is where Vaisey’s term, “youngish father,” comes in. Wonderful chapter!
