Absolutely ridiculous if there had been one hundred thousand Strigoi when she left there wouldn't be anyway humans wouldn'tknow about them because there would be so many deaths it couldn't be hidden. Then to have her kill fifty thousand in three years, that would be 45.6 Strigoi a day, about 2 per hour. Not possible. Even in a story like this you need a certain amount of realism for it to be plausible and you just don't have it.
