Good chapter. I'm glad you were able to finish it. The riddles had me stumped too. (good thing I don't live in Gotham). And Riddler gives off this eerie feeling, like you know he's planning something. But then again, isn't he always planning?

I'm really enjoying this story, and I'm definitely going to read the entire thing, possibly more than once. One thing, though: it's full of egregious spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors. The most obvious is that you pluralize words ending in consonant-"y" as if they ended in vowel-"y." You also have a number of typos and mix up to/two/too rather often. There are other things, but those are the most common.
