Now I've never seen NCIS, though I know it exists, but I liked your story and its sense of humour. I've never looked at vending machines from that angle before and your writing style makes the humour fast yet concise. Maybe I'd have laughed more had I been fully aware of the characters and the show and all the references you no doubt put in, but it doesn't mean that I didn't find the way you presented the scene and its characters amusing! ;)
