I like when characters are analyzed and dissected so aptly. Daniel is a sweetheart that often wears his heart on his sleeve, as you have so aptly expressed here.
I enjoyed Sam's thought provoking answer to Daniel's question and the romantic ending with her ending up in Jack's arms.
I was glad when Daniel met Vala but I think I'm probably the only one. Good dialog and the story moved along at a rapid pace that kept me interested and reading.
