Glad you explained Snape's situation. I was thinking an angry Lucius would eventually tattle to TMR that Draco wasn't heavily favored over HP. Too bad SS doesn't have a more sweeping charm on the area around his door.

I hope to not be nagging. But, your story is one of my all-time favorites! I’ve been a reader of it for a couple of years now. And have been through the book 2 or three times already. I have enjoyed this story this far. The plot line, the writing style and the engagement between the characters made the story a well written one. I am not sure if you are writing as of now but, you are blessed with a pen!
I like the growing relationship between Snape and Harry from mentorship to family. I did like how you introduced Dante into the story to give the Potter-Snape family some new blood. The relationship between Snape and Skull is too funny with their jokes and banter. Thank you for sharing this gift with us and this story is now on my favorites list.

No wonder Mary is puzzled, since as far as she knows, anything a Gryffindor does is right, as they were all taught as students. I mean, when she knows it was ok to feed someone to a werewolf and nobody punished for it, whatever is she supposed to think?
